The Client Solutions Specialist leads client experience through system implementations, project management, and ongoing client support and training.

The role involves backend engineering, supporting the Benefits module, troubleshooting production issues, mentoring junior engineers, and ensuring system reliability.

Support platform users and internal teams by onboarding administrators, processing admin forms, coordinating rehires and LOA reactivations, troubleshooting basic technical issues, managing daily case queues to meet SLAs, sending handbook alerts, handling direct deposit communications, processing start date changes, and assisting with ad-hoc operational tasks.
