Lead visual design across multiple B2B brands, creating design systems, campaigns, illustrations, and motion graphics. Collaborate with Marketing, UX, Product, and stakeholders to translate strategy into polished digital and print assets, use AI tools to accelerate ideation, and establish scalable workflows, templates, and brand documentation.

The role involves backend engineering, supporting the Benefits module, troubleshooting production issues, mentoring junior engineers, and ensuring system reliability.

Partner with consulting teams and clients to produce financial analyses, claims reporting, benchmarking, and actuarial-based forecasting. Prepare and present reporting packages and insights on demographics, network differentials, and plan design. Maintain client data in Salesforce, improve client-team processes, build carrier relationships, and deliver reliable financial models that inform client benefit decisions.
