Manage Sequoia One PEO's leave of absence program: ensure compliance with federal/state leave laws, coordinate all leave types, oversee case intake and queue, partner with HRBP/Payroll, create reference materials and training, analyze leave data, serve as SME and client contact, and drive process improvements.

The role involves backend engineering, supporting the Benefits module, troubleshooting production issues, mentoring junior engineers, and ensuring system reliability.

Support platform users and internal teams by onboarding administrators, processing admin forms, coordinating rehires and LOA reactivations, troubleshooting basic technical issues, managing daily case queues to meet SLAs, sending handbook alerts, handling direct deposit communications, processing start date changes, and assisting with ad-hoc operational tasks.
