Manage retirement advisory client onboarding, account setup, plan documentation, CRM data integrity, quarterly reporting, billing workflows, audits, compliance approvals, and operational improvements. Coordinate with advisors, investment teams, recordkeepers, the RIA, Accounts Receivable, and clients to resolve issues, maintain accurate systems, and support scalable service delivery.

Lead web and digital strategy across three brands, owning site experience roadmaps, testing and optimization, SEO, personalization, analytics-driven improvements, governance, and cross-functional collaboration to drive acquisition, engagement, conversion, and retention.
