Supports multinational clients with global employee benefits implementation, servicing, renewals, benchmarking, compliance, and cost-saving initiatives. Coordinates local brokers and multinational projects, manages benefits data, prepares reports and presentations, and advises client stakeholders on global benefits matters. Requires strong analytical, project management, communication, and client-service skills, plus advanced Excel and Microsoft Office proficiency. The role is remote and may require travel to the United States as needed.

Lead visual design across multiple B2B brands, creating design systems, campaigns, illustrations, and motion graphics. Collaborate with Marketing, UX, Product, and stakeholders to translate strategy into polished digital and print assets, use AI tools to accelerate ideation, and establish scalable workflows, templates, and brand documentation.

Lead web and digital strategy across three brands, owning site experience roadmaps, testing and optimization, SEO, personalization, analytics-driven improvements, governance, and cross-functional collaboration to drive acquisition, engagement, conversion, and retention.
