Lead DMPK, pharmacokinetic, and PK/PD strategy across drug discovery and development programs. Design and interpret ADME, DDI, and in vitro/in vivo studies; support human dose prediction, lead optimization, and candidate selection. Manage CRO relationships, contribute to regulatory submissions and IND-enabling packages, and represent DMPK on cross-functional teams through IND filing. Mentor junior scientists and collaborate across discovery, toxicology, clinical pharmacology, CMC, and regulatory functions.

Lead end-to-end program management for preclinical through clinical drug development programs. Create integrated plans, manage risks and timelines, coordinate cross-functional teams, support regulatory submissions, prepare executive materials, and improve program processes and governance.
