Lead end-to-end program management for preclinical through clinical drug development programs. Create integrated plans, manage risks and timelines, coordinate cross-functional teams, support regulatory submissions, prepare executive materials, and improve program processes and governance.

Hands-on role producing and characterizing medium-to-large scale proteins for structural biology and drug discovery. Perform multiple purification methods (FPLC, affinity, ion-exchange, SEC, magnetic beads), run QC assays (SDS-PAGE, fSEC, DSF, flow cytometry), collaborate with discovery teams, maintain documentation, and prioritize reagent delivery timelines.

Lead QC oversight for analytical testing and stability studies at CDMOs for small-molecule programs. Review raw analytical data, manage reference standards, author stability reports, maintain quality systems and SOPs, oversee method validation and OOS/OOT investigations, support CMC regulatory documentation, manage CDMO relationships, and collaborate cross-functionally. Travel up to 10%.
