Manages relationships with government and private-sector clients across West Bengal. Responsibilities include client visits, presenting company offerings, payment follow-ups, issue resolution coordination, reporting, customer satisfaction, retention, and identifying new business opportunities. Requires strong communication, negotiation, customer-handling, problem-solving, interpersonal, and travel skills, plus basic MS Office knowledge.

Manage ELV projects from initiation through completion, coordinating site execution, installation, testing, commissioning, maintenance, vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams. Communicate with clients, provide project updates and technical support, troubleshoot system issues, maintain quality and safety standards, and prepare project documentation, reports, and site progress updates. Systems include CCTV, fire alarms, access control, PA systems, intrusion alarms, and networking.
