Manage ELV projects from initiation through completion, coordinating site execution, installation, testing, commissioning, maintenance, vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams. Communicate with clients, provide project updates and technical support, troubleshoot system issues, maintain quality and safety standards, and prepare project documentation, reports, and site progress updates. Systems include CCTV, fire alarms, access control, PA systems, intrusion alarms, and networking.

Manage incoming customer inquiries, assess customer needs, generate sales leads, support marketing activities, and drive product sales within assigned regions. The role requires strong communication and persuasion skills, proficiency in English, Hindi, and Bengali, and ownership of a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.
