We are hiring a Smart and Proactive Relationship Manager who
will be based in Kolkata and travel across West Bengal to maintain strong relationships with Government
and Private sector clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet and build strong relationships with Government
and Private sector clients.
- Share company brochures, product details, and
service offerings during client visits.
- Follow up professionally to ensure timely
recovery of dues/outstanding payments.
- Understand client queries and provide suitable
support.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure fast
resolution of client issues.
- Maintain proper reports of client visits,
payment follow-ups, and service feedback.
- Work towards client satisfaction,
retention, and new business opportunities through relationships
building.
Requirements
- Graduate in Any Stream or Diploma/B.Tech (Electronics/Electrical
Preferred).
- Excellent communication skills (spoken &
written).
- Smart, Confident, and Presentable Personality.
- Quick thinker with strong customer-handling
and problem-solving ability.
- Good interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Must be comfortable with travel for
client visits.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office.
