Software engineering interns join project-based teams building software products, participate in the full development process, gain exposure to multiple projects, and learn from experienced engineers. Applicants must be pursuing a relevant bachelor’s degree, maintain at least a 3.0 GPA, commit to 10–13 weeks, communicate effectively, collaborate well, and work in person at the Westfield, Indiana office.

Early-career software engineers will work in person with cross-functional teams to build software products for clients across industries including life sciences, medical, aerospace, finance, and heavy machinery. Responsibilities include collaborative product development, frequent team communication, problem solving, and contributing to continuous improvement. Applicants should demonstrate passion for software development, teamwork, communication, learning, and hold a relevant bachelor’s degree.

Leads product design for complex software across web, mobile, desktop, embedded, and IoT platforms. Sets design direction, conducts user research, creates flows, prototypes, information architecture, and design systems, and collaborates with engineers and clients in Agile teams. Designs AI-enabled experiences, facilitates discovery, coaches team members, and contributes to design practice growth. Occasional client travel in Indiana and surrounding states is required.

Build and deliver software products in cross-functional teams across varied industries and technologies. Mentor engineers, guide teams toward effective solutions, maintain project momentum through communication and problem-solving, understand client needs, and provide constructive feedback to improve technical capability and team performance.

Lead design and implementation of batch and streaming data pipelines, build data models, implement data quality and testing, manage orchestration and IaC, mentor engineers, and communicate technical direction and tradeoffs to stakeholders.

The data engineer will build and maintain data pipelines, implement data models, write quality checks, configure tooling, and resolve pipeline issues.

The Azure Solution Architect leads client discussions, architects solutions, mentors engineers, and ensures project momentum through effective communication and problem-solving.

The Lead Software Engineer will lead cross-functional teams, manage projects across various domains, and enhance the team's technical skills while delivering software that meets client needs.
