Mentor engineers, guide teams toward effective solutions, maintain project momentum through communication and problem-solving, understand client needs, and provide constructive feedback to improve technical capability and team performance.

Lead design and implementation of batch and streaming data pipelines, build data models, implement data quality and testing, manage orchestration and IaC, mentor engineers, and communicate technical direction and tradeoffs to stakeholders.

The data engineer will build and maintain data pipelines, implement data models, write quality checks, configure tooling, and resolve pipeline issues.
