Lead Sentry’s Growth engineering team, define and execute its roadmap, and improve the self-serve customer funnel across signup, onboarding, activation, trials, upgrades, pricing, and billing. Partner with Product, Data, Design, BizOps, and GTM teams to build experimentation foundations, run disciplined tests, analyze metrics, and balance conversion with retention and customer value. Mentor engineers and contribute substantively to architecture and technical decisions.

Design, develop, and ship production software for Sentry’s SDK, Product, or Ingest teams. Engineers own projects end to end, work on systems processing millions of events, collaborate with engineering teams, and receive mentorship and feedback. The role offers hands-on experience building scalable developer tools and infrastructure while contributing to Sentry’s AI-native future.

Software Engineering Interns design, develop, and ship production software on Sentry’s SDK, Product, or Ingest teams. They work on systems used by millions of developers, receive mentorship and feedback, collaborate with engineering teams, and present their work at the end of the internship. The 12+ week hybrid internship requires relocation to Vienna, Austria.

Leads company-wide forecasting, annual and long-range planning, financial modeling, headcount planning, variance analysis, and executive and Board reporting. Partners with Accounting during close, advises business leaders on resource allocation, oversees cost management, and manages FP&A process, systems, reporting, and data improvements. The role also manages an FP&A Manager and builds scalable planning processes for a growing software company.

Help enterprise customers implement and adopt Sentry for application error and performance monitoring. Translate customer goals into onboarding and implementation plans, advise engineering teams on instrumentation and monitoring best practices, deliver workshops, create educational content and technical resources, and provide product feedback to influence the roadmap.

Own forecasting, reporting, budgeting, and financial analysis, with emphasis on cloud infrastructure, AI, software, vendor, and other major costs. Build FinOps models, cost allocation and expense-management processes, evaluate cloud commitments and vendor agreements, and partner with Engineering and business leaders to improve unit economics, gross margin, and resource allocation. Support corporate FP&A, management reporting, variance analysis, headcount planning, and process automation.

Own Sentry’s editorial programs, including blog strategy, editorial calendars, newsletters, thought leadership, executive ghostwriting, and premium content. Partner with Growth, Communications, Product Marketing, Developer Experience, and executives to create technically credible content for developer and infrastructure audiences. Maintain consistent editorial quality and voice, identify industry trends, develop narratives, and optimize newsletter performance.

Lead product management for Sentry’s mobile observability experience. Gather customer, developer, market, and product data; frame problems and opportunities; influence roadmap prioritization; conduct continuous discovery; improve the end-to-end experience across iOS, Android, React Native, Flutter, and KMP; apply AI to research and analysis; and measure customer and business outcomes through cross-functional collaboration.

Design, build, and scale Sentry's billing infrastructure and usage-tracking pipeline to process massive event volumes with low latency and financial-grade accuracy. Create flexible pricing primitives, address distributed data consistency (delays, retroactive pricing, reconciliation), and collaborate with product, finance, and BizOps to ensure revenue correctness and enable new pricing models.

The Developer Experience Engineer at Sentry enhances developer engagement through building documentation, creating technical content, and engaging with the developer community.

As a Staff Machine Learning Engineer, you will develop models and agents for AI integration into products, focusing on performance monitoring and issue resolution.
