Build and scale developer infrastructure: local and cloud dev environments, CI/CD and deployment pipelines, service golden paths, SDK/library publishing tooling, metrics/dashboards and flaky-test detection, and tooling to support engineers and AI coding agents while partnering across teams to improve developer experience.

The Startups Marketing Lead will build and scale startup partnerships, lead acquisition programs, create content for founders, and measure program impact to drive revenue outcomes at Sentry.

This role involves leading the Developer Experience team, focusing on strategy, documentation, community engagement, and partnerships to enhance how developers use Sentry's platform.
