Design, build, and operate core control plane systems that manage customer identity, placement, replication, and lifecycle across a multi-cell distributed architecture. Improve reliability, scalability, observability, and provide infrastructure primitives and APIs. Partner with teams, respond to incidents, and ensure safe global platform operation.

Perform deep root-cause debugging across frontend-to-backend stacks, troubleshoot and read SDK source, support enterprise customers on architecture, and build agentic automation (LLM orchestration, MCP, internal APIs) to create deterministic autonomous support paths.

The Senior Solutions Engineer will help customers integrate Sentry into their applications, ensuring optimal implementation and productivity by translating their needs into effective onboarding plans and developing best practices.
