Leads Infrastructure Engineering, overseeing internal control platforms, configuration management, traffic routing, automation, reliability, and technical direction. Manages and develops engineers, owns platform roadmaps, and partners with Production Engineering, SRE, Developer Infrastructure, and product teams. The role requires strong software engineering expertise, Python skills, infrastructure technologies, architectural leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and experience delivering multi-year engineering initiatives.

Leads platform architecture and cross-company engineering initiatives for Sentry. Responsibilities include translating business strategy into scalable technical designs, aligning technical roadmaps, driving cross-functional projects, reviewing architecture, mentoring senior engineers, and improving system scalability and operational quality. The role requires deep distributed systems and cloud infrastructure expertise, including Kubernetes, Terraform, Kafka, streaming frameworks, databases, storage, and caching.
