Business Analyst I partners with business stakeholders and Software Engineering to define requirements, improve processes, analyze systems, support Salesforce reporting and workflows, troubleshoot custom development issues, and perform quality assurance for applications and automated jobs. The role also supports software deployments, documents business processes, and occasionally participates in after-hours maintenance.

Develop and maintain secure, testable custom applications across multiple technology stacks. Responsibilities include requirements analysis, technical documentation, coding, testing, debugging, releases, API development, legacy modernization, Airflow automation, and improving Azure DevOps processes. The role collaborates with business analysts and engineering peers in an Agile environment while progressively handling more complex software issues.

Build, maintain, and enhance secure frontend applications using TypeScript and React.js. Responsibilities include analyzing requirements, documenting technical specifications, creating test plans, writing and reviewing code, debugging, releasing software, developing web-based replacements for legacy applications, integrating APIs, demonstrating features to stakeholders, and improving development tools and processes.
