Manages project plans, budgets, vendors, logistics, inventory, shipping, booth operations, and cross-functional coordination. Serves as the onsite event lead, evaluates performance and ROI, recommends improvements, and mentors junior event professionals. Requires 3–8 years of tradeshow or event planning experience and up to 25% travel.

Leads US HR strategy and operations, partnering with business and site leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, employee relations, compliance, organizational change, benefits, payroll inputs, recruiting, onboarding, offboarding, performance management, compensation, and policies. Manages and develops the US HR team, oversees the Justworks PEO relationship, and ensures consistent HR practices across a multi-site, international organization.

Manages Sentec respiratory care product sales across the Greater Chicago territory. Responsibilities include selling capital and disposable medical devices to hospitals, developing customer and KOL relationships, managing qualified leads and the full sales cycle, preparing proposals and RFPs, maintaining CRM records, providing product training and technical support, forecasting sales, supporting trade shows, and traveling overnight 50%–65% of the time.
