Support sustaining engineering for respiratory medical devices: lead design changes, create 3D CAD models and drawings, perform tolerance and manufacturability analyses, conduct root-cause/failure investigations and CAPA, support V&V and risk management, and ensure regulatory and quality compliance.

Support manufacturing and operational controlling: inventory valuation, variance and margin analysis, standard costing, cost reporting, budgeting/forecasting, project cost tracking, month-end close, audit support, and process/reporting automation.

Manage sales of Sentec respiratory care capital and disposable products across the assigned territory. Build pipeline via leads and KOL relationships, manage end-to-end sales (proposals, RFPs, CRM), provide training and technical support, report market feedback, adhere to budgets, and support trade shows. Remote role requiring regional residence and significant overnight travel.

Lead human factors/usability engineering and support regulatory submissions for medical devices. Plan and run formative and summative usability studies, produce usability documentation per IEC 62366, identify and mitigate use-related risks, and help compile regulatory dossiers and strategy for global compliance.

Provide clinical education and training on Sentec respiratory products for new and existing users, support sales and marketing with onsite and virtual training, participate in product evaluations/installs, and deliver presentations at state and national societies to drive optimal bedside use and company revenue growth.

Build pipeline, manage full sales cycle (proposals, RFPs, CRM), provide education, training and technical support, develop KOL relationships, produce forecasts and tactical sales plans, and travel overnight ~50–65% supporting customers and trade shows.

Provide clinical training, bedside demonstrations, and real-time support for EIT, TCM, and IPV devices; support commercial launches, KOL engagement, internal training, R&D feedback, and represent Sentec at scientific events across Europe.

Manage and govern ERP processes and master data, ensure compliance with FDA/MDR/ISO 13485, support ERP roll-outs, configure workflows, resolve issues, optimize cross-functional workflows, and provide KPIs and insights to management.

Provide clinical education and training on Sentec respiratory products to customers and internal teams. Deliver onsite and virtual training, CE and non-CE presentations, support installations, troubleshoot clinical use, and collaborate with sales to drive adoption and revenue growth. Role requires frequent travel and flexible hours.

Drive regional sales of respiratory care capital equipment and consumables, build KOL and reference center relationships, manage product launches, create early adopters, and run regional marketing and education programs to achieve sales targets.
