Leads US HR strategy and operations, partnering with business and site leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, employee relations, compliance, organizational change, benefits, payroll inputs, recruiting, onboarding, offboarding, performance management, compensation, and policies. Manages and develops the US HR team, oversees the Justworks PEO relationship, and ensures consistent HR practices across a multi-site, international organization.

Manages Sentec respiratory care product sales across the Greater Chicago territory. Responsibilities include selling capital and disposable medical devices to hospitals, developing customer and KOL relationships, managing qualified leads and the full sales cycle, preparing proposals and RFPs, maintaining CRM records, providing product training and technical support, forecasting sales, supporting trade shows, and traveling overnight 50%–65% of the time.

Intern will support intrapulmonary percussive ventilation technology development by characterizing and testing prototypes, designing experiments, collecting and analyzing data, presenting findings, and proposing design improvements. The role includes laboratory work, prototype building, systems exploration, and interdisciplinary collaboration. It is a six- or twelve-month, fully onsite internship beginning March 2027.
