Research and analyze adversarial threats across intelligence sources, assess likelihood and capabilities, and contribute to profiling adversary behavior for mission systems. Produce analytic reporting leveraging multi-source/technical tradecraft (SIGINT, ELINT, FISINT, OSINT, GEOINT) to inform risk and threat assessments.

Support the GBSD/Sentinel program by analyzing requirements, developing system requirements and architecture, leading design activities, integrating new systems, producing technical documentation, ensuring technical integrity, and collaborating with teams on systems engineering issues and verification.

Lead and manage full-lifecycle federal cybersecurity proposal efforts (RFIs, RFPs, Task Orders, IDIQs, GWACs). Coordinate proposal teams and SMEs, produce compliant artifacts, run kickoffs, storyboards, color reviews, pricing/contracts coordination, and final production. Mentor staff, refine processes/tools, monitor competitors, and support capture and business development.

Lead Tier 3 incident response efforts: collect/analyze network and host artifacts (logs, images, pcaps), manage incidents end-to-end, conduct DFIR (memory, file systems, timelines), recommend detection tuning, QA reporting, mentor junior analysts, and develop/instruct incident response curriculum.

Provide 24/7 cybersecurity monitoring and detection for a government enterprise network. Monitor networks using tools like Tanium, Microsoft Defender, Elastic/Kibana, and JRSS; execute detection playbooks; escalate incidents; collaborate with Red Teams; update TTPs; deliver training; and support CSSP accreditation efforts.

Source, screen, and manage full-cycle recruiting for technical and DoD roles. Build talent pipelines, perform technical phone screens and clearance assessments, partner with hiring managers, track candidates in the ATS, and refine sourcing strategies to reduce time-to-fill.

Analyze logs and network telemetry to detect, respond to, and mitigate cyber events. Develop and implement network defense measures across wired, wireless, cloud, and IoT environments. Collaborate with government, military, and contractor teams to produce actionable intelligence, document findings, and advance defensive tradecraft.

Edit, draft, and prepare SIGINT intelligence products for publication; ensure adherence to policy, classification, caveats, and style standards; verify source accuracy; respond to release requests and customer queries; mentor staff on writing and distribution.

Design, develop, and maintain automated workflows and custom solutions using Microsoft Power Platform and Atlassian Jira integrations. Build Power Automate flows, Power Apps interfaces, and scripts (Python, JavaScript, Groovy). Integrate systems via REST APIs, ensure secure authentication, document solutions, provide tier-3 support, and collaborate with stakeholders to optimize business processes while meeting security and compliance requirements.

Develop, maintain, and test complex software systems for the USAF GBSD/Sentinel program. Implement algorithms, handle large data sets and real-time processing, contribute to system design tradeoffs, use MBSE (SysML/UML), and follow structured, safety-critical development and verification practices.

Lead systems engineering for airborne networking and communications programs, performing integration, testing, certification, requirements V&V, technical documentation, and IPT collaboration to support mission-critical systems.

Detect, analyze, report, and mitigate cyber incidents across DoD networks per CJCSM 6510.01B. Provide 24/7 watch coverage, perform network and host forensics (Windows/Linux), analyze PCAPs, correlate logs with tools like Splunk/Elastic/Sentinel, tune IDS/IPS signatures, and support incident response across Tier 1–3 responsibilities.

Design, develop, and maintain ETL mappings and data warehouse/BI solutions. Perform performance tuning, write complex SQL/scripts/stored procedures, support multi-enclave environments (Unclassified/Secret/Top Secret), participate in Agile PI/ART activities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enable cyber professionals to analyze case data and support investigations.

Prepare synthesized SIGINT and multi‑INT products by researching, analyzing, and reporting target activity. Prioritize and evaluate collection, collaborate with collectors and analysts, provide feedback to customers, create target knowledge aids, and perform pre‑release quality control to support IC missions.
