Support design, development, integration, and maintenance of complex systems. Translate requirements into system solutions, troubleshoot, evaluate performance, manage lifecycle activities, document technical details, collaborate with teams and vendors, and ensure alignment with industry best practices.

Support DHA cyber defense by receiving and triaging RFIs, conducting threat research and analysis, producing actionable intelligence reports, coordinating with incident response and intelligence teams, maintaining situational awareness of threats, and improving RFI workflows and operational metrics to protect DoD health IT systems.

Serve as primary contractor point of contact and overall manager for XT-CS-CIO efforts. Lead cybersecurity strategy, implement frameworks (NIST/ISO/CMMC), oversee risk assessments, audits, vendor management, cross-team coordination, crisis response, and ensure contractor performance and financial/business support per the PWS.

Lead and supervise contractor personnel supporting intelligence analysis and cyber operations. Assign tasks, manage performance, ensure quality and efficiency, assist government with financial/business processes (non-inherently governmental), and occasionally travel CONUS/OCONUS.

Serve as contractor technical task lead for DCISE, ensuring quality and efficiency of contractor performance. Lead and supervise teams performing all-source cyber intelligence analysis, malware and network analysis, use scanning tools (e.g., VirusTotal), perform OSINT and closed-source collection, link and data fusion, indicator pivoting, and threat actor analysis. Assist government with financial and business processes for the task.

Lead and manage CIO-level strategic and operational IT and cybersecurity initiatives. Oversee enterprise architecture, cloud strategy, data strategy, portfolio governance, resource optimization, and program reporting. Serve as primary CIO contact, facilitate Government–Contractor communications, ensure compliance with cyber frameworks, and support financial and business processes for the PWS.

Serve as primary contractor point of contact and Task Lead for the XT directorate. Oversee contractor personnel and subcontractors, ensure quality and compliance with the PWS, facilitate Government–Contractor communications, track/document requirements for continuous evaluation, assist with financial/business processes, and make binding organizational decisions while proactively alerting the Government to risks.

Lead and oversee contractor and subcontractor activities to satisfy PWS requirements. Serve as primary decision-maker for contractor, manage communications with Government, monitor performance and finances, track requirements and metrics, and ensure quality and efficiency of program execution.

Develop, maintain, and test complex software systems for the GBSD/Sentinel program. Implement requirements in object-oriented languages, perform design reviews, test software components, resolve defects, and contribute to system-level hardware/software tradeoffs and requirements analysis.

Perform offensive and defensive cyber operations including penetration testing, vulnerability analysis, digital forensics, network/system administration, threat hunting, and incident response. Analyze metadata, use SIGINT/agency analytic tools, script and automate tasks, prototype tools, and apply computer science and mathematical techniques across multiple specialties.

Develop and implement cryptanalytic algorithms, analyze large-scale datasets using Python and PySpark, work with distributed data processing and high-performance computing to solve cryptographic challenges and strengthen cybersecurity.

Analyze SIGINT and network data to detect, categorize, and document malicious activity; perform malware analysis; develop mitigation strategies; focus on network or host-based defenses.

Provide Tier 1 hands-on and remote technical support for hardware and software on the AOC/CAOC floor; triage, prioritize, escalate, and close tickets; manage user accounts and passwords IAW AFCENT guidance; assist SIPR PKI and firewall/Bluecoat exemption coordination; maintain status display systems and generate status reports and slides.

Perform advanced signals analysis (COMINT, ELINT, FISINT, PROFORMA/TSR, DNI) to support missions, possibly develop and deliver training, and apply engineering/communications/aerospace systems knowledge. Requires active security clearance with polygraph and technical degree or relevant military training.

Perform exploitation planning and execution by analyzing adversary networks and defenses, querying and enriching data to produce intelligence. Collaborate with government, military, and contractors, document findings and new tradecraft, and communicate insights to stakeholders.

Lead systems engineering for airborne networking and communications programs, performing integration, testing, certification, requirements V&V, technical documentation, and IPT collaboration to support mission-critical systems.

Edit, draft, and prepare SIGINT intelligence products for publication; ensure adherence to policy, classification, caveats, and style standards; verify source accuracy; respond to release requests and customer queries; mentor staff on writing and distribution.

Perform advanced analysis of collection and open-source data to profile targets, maintain targeting databases, identify intelligence gaps, and develop collection tradecraft. Use pattern recognition, metadata and social network analysis to generate leads and insights, collaborate with government, military, and contractor teams, and document and share analytic findings and new techniques.
