Serves as the technical authority for cloud defensive cyberspace operations. Develops cloud threat-detection use cases, investigates and responds to incidents, deploys defensive capabilities, and evaluates defenses against Red Team activity. Maintains tactics, techniques, procedures, training, and CSSP accreditation documentation. Presents annual cloud security training and supports government security operations using Azure, Sentinel, Tanium, Defender for Endpoint, Elastic/Kibana, and JRSS tools.

Supports a Department of Defense client by analyzing congressional hearings and defense legislation, preparing Questions and Inserts for the Record, monitoring legislative actions, coordinating reviews, responding to congressional inquiries, and developing briefing materials, talking points, statements, and background papers for senior leadership and congressional engagements.

Support Defensive Cyberspace Operations for the Defense Health Agency by triaging cybersecurity Requests for Information, conducting threat research and analysis, and producing actionable intelligence reports. Collaborate with cyber analysts, incident responders, intelligence teams, NIWC Atlantic, and DHA stakeholders. Track RFI metrics, refine workflows, provide mitigation guidance, and maintain awareness of threats, vulnerabilities, adversary tactics, and cyber defense procedures.

Provides RMF, ISSM, cloud security, application security, and compliance support for DHA medical devices and systems. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining SSPs, ATO packages, SCAs, and POA&Ms; conducting continuous monitoring and vulnerability analysis; applying NIST, DoD, and DISA requirements; securing cloud, container, IAM, CI/CD, and DDIL environments; and advising technical and government stakeholders.

Conduct advanced intelligence analysis of collection and open-source data to generate target insights, identify intelligence gaps, maintain targeting databases, analyze communications and digital footprints, and develop target profiles. The analyst will collaborate with government, military, and contractor personnel, apply analytical tradecraft, and communicate findings to stakeholders and intelligence consumers.

Manages and maintains cloud and on-premises networking environments, including AWS VPC, Azure VNet, routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, and VPNs. Monitors performance, implements security controls, performs upgrades and capacity planning, maintains network documentation, and troubleshoots connectivity issues. Collaborates with IT teams on network projects and supports high availability, scalability, and reliability. Requires rotational after-hours on-call support and a Secret clearance.

Leads day-to-day project execution for a federal IT and cybersecurity contract. Responsibilities include managing cross-functional technical teams, overseeing planning, scheduling, budgeting, performance, risks, system interfaces, architecture modernization, reporting, data visualization, and secure financial data handling. Serves as the primary stakeholder liaison and reports project status, milestones, and deliverables to government customers.

Collects and analyzes classified and open-source cyber threat intelligence; produces threat assessments, reports, and briefings; supports detection engineering, threat hunting, incident response, and Purple Team activities. Develops and validates detection signatures, indicators of compromise, and adversary emulation scenarios. Tracks adversary tactics using MITRE ATT&CK and recommends improvements to enterprise cyber defenses. Requires 5+ years of DoD, intelligence, or federal cybersecurity experience and a Secret clearance.

Provide technical engineering support for a complex federal network infrastructure spanning multiple classification-level enclaves. Design, develop, and implement network solutions for an enterprise environment, support the IT lifecycle, and resolve escalated networking issues beyond first- through third-tier support.

Prepares, reviews, revises, and maintains technical, operational, user, training, and acquisition documentation for defense systems and cryptologic programs. Researches complex technical information, collaborates with developers, engineers, and subject matter experts, creates reports and briefings, coordinates document layout, and maintains documentation libraries. Uses Microsoft Office, Visio, SharePoint, Confluence, and similar tools to produce clear materials for technical and end-user audiences.

Develop, maintain, and test complex software systems for the GBSD/Sentinel program. Implement algorithms, handle real-time and large-data processing, design software components, resolve defects, and participate in lifecycle activities using MBSE, OOP languages, and structured development processes.

Support GBSD/Sentinel systems engineering: analyze user requirements and architectures, develop system requirements and design, produce technical and architecture documentation, integrate new designs into operations, and ensure technical integrity of systems engineering deliverables.

Support design, development, integration, and maintenance of complex systems. Translate requirements into system solutions, troubleshoot, evaluate performance, manage lifecycle activities, document technical details, collaborate with teams and vendors, and ensure alignment with industry best practices.

Prepares, reviews, reconciles, and submits invoices for federal, commercial, and subcontract contracts using Deltek Costpoint and government invoicing portals. Reviews contract terms, funding, CLINs, rates, fees, and billing instructions; resolves discrepancies and payment delays; monitors unbilled receivables; supports month-end close, audits, contract closeouts, and final invoices. Collaborates across Accounting, Contracts, Program Management, and Accounts Receivable while improving billing processes and mentoring billing staff.

Support and manage information assurance for systems/enclaves: implement and enforce security policies, perform RMF-based authorization activities, conduct vulnerability/risk assessments, manage configuration and changes, prepare SSP/C&A/SRTM documentation, evaluate security solutions for classified processing, and provide day-to-day security operations and oversight.

Lead Information Systems Security Engineer responsible for designing, building, and sustaining DSCA's security automation architecture in AWS. Translate RMF/NIST/DISA STIG regulatory requirements into Policy-as-Code and automated operational code. Serve as lead technical authority for enterprise-level cloud security engineering, configuration management, compliance validation, and orchestration.

Perform data extraction (including VPN data), integrate into databases, and analyze datasets using statistical and computational methods. Apply knowledge of DX, XKS, and CASNs to guide data selection, build analytic models, and produce actionable insights. Translate mission needs into technical requirements and communicate results to non-technical stakeholders while accounting for government data constraints.

Perform RF signals analysis, target development, FORNSAT, waveform and bitstream analysis. Use COMINT, ELINT, FISINT, or PROFORMA to determine signal structure, define parameters, and model signal behavior for intelligence applications.

Lead end-to-end capture and business development for DoD/IC cybersecurity, intelligence, software, and mission systems opportunities. Own opportunity identification, customer engagement, capture strategy, proposal writing, pricing coordination, teaming, gate reviews, bid/no-bid decisions, and closing deals in a lean, hands-on environment.

Lead and oversee contractor and subcontractor activities to satisfy PWS requirements. Serve as primary decision-maker for contractor, manage communications with Government, monitor performance and finances, track requirements and metrics, and ensure quality and efficiency of program execution.
