Design, implement, upgrade, and maintain enterprise IT systems for the Defense Health Agency. Support eVault, MS Exchange, pharmacy applications, and MS SQL databases. Document builds/configurations, support SDLC and Agile practices, implement security measures per DoD/DHA standards, troubleshoot complex issues, coordinate vendor engagements, and plan infrastructure platform selection and deployments.
