Leads day-to-day project execution for a federal IT and cybersecurity contract. Responsibilities include managing cross-functional technical teams, overseeing planning, scheduling, budgeting, performance, risks, system interfaces, architecture modernization, reporting, data visualization, and secure financial data handling. Serves as the primary stakeholder liaison and reports project status, milestones, and deliverables to government customers.

Collects and analyzes classified and open-source cyber threat intelligence; produces threat assessments, reports, and briefings; supports detection engineering, threat hunting, incident response, and Purple Team activities. Develops and validates detection signatures, indicators of compromise, and adversary emulation scenarios. Tracks adversary tactics using MITRE ATT&CK and recommends improvements to enterprise cyber defenses. Requires 5+ years of DoD, intelligence, or federal cybersecurity experience and a Secret clearance.

Lead persistent cyberspace operations and adversary-emulation activities for a DoW Red Team. Plan and execute red-team operations across enterprise, application, and cloud environments; identify vulnerabilities; develop exploits and tooling; assess defensive capabilities; document findings; and improve detection and response. Support OT/IT assessments, penetration testing, training, course instruction, accreditation documentation, after-action reviews, and evolving adversary TTPs.
