Maintains pristine golf course conditions by mowing greens, tees, and fairways; watering, fertilizing, planting, grading, and laying sod; changing cups and tee markers; maintaining bunkers, hazards, ball washers, and cart paths; removing debris; and cleaning equipment. Operates vehicles and powered equipment safely, reports hazards and maintenance needs, supports guest service, and assists other resort departments as needed.

Lead the Experience Specialist team to build and manage guest itineraries, train staff, oversee front-of-house operations, coordinate with wellness guides, handle check-ins/outs, resolve guest issues, manage inventory, and ensure exceptional personalized service throughout guests' stays.
