Serve as front-desk receptionist and first point of contact for residents, families, and visitors. Provide resident support with basic maintenance, tech troubleshooting, move-in orientation, activities, and occasional dining/kitchen or driving backup. Assist leadership with administrative, staffing, onboarding, vendor coordination, and event support while maintaining a flexible, resident-first approach.

Provide direct daily care to assisted living residents including ADL assistance, medication setup/administration after training, meal preparation/serving, cleaning and documentation, reporting health changes, and participating in activities and required trainings to support resident independence and safety.

Provides direct care to assisted living residents, including activities of daily living, medication setup and administration after training, health observation and reporting, documentation, housekeeping, meal preparation and service, and activity support. Maintains resident safety, confidentiality, cleanliness, and dignity while communicating changes to supervisors and collaborating with staff. The role requires physical assistance with residents, participation in training, and compliance with care and regulatory requirements.

Oversee all operations of an assisted living/residential care facility including admissions, assessments, billing, staffing, training, budgeting, regulatory compliance, property maintenance, inventory, community outreach, and medication program management. Hire, supervise, and evaluate staff, ensure adequate supplies and staffing patterns, prepare budgets and service agreements, and maintain positive resident and family relations. Occasional travel required.

Provide direct care to assisted living residents including ADLs, medication setup/administration after training, recordkeeping, observe and report health changes, assist with meals, housekeeping, activities, attend trainings, and complete required certifications and background checks.
