Oversee all operations of an assisted living/residential care facility including admissions, assessments, billing, staffing, training, budgeting, regulatory compliance, property maintenance, inventory, community outreach, and medication program management. Hire, supervise, and evaluate staff, ensure adequate supplies and staffing patterns, prepare budgets and service agreements, and maintain positive resident and family relations. Occasional travel required.

Provide direct care to assisted living residents: ADL assistance, medication setup/administration after training, meal prep/serving, housekeeping, activity support, record updates, and reporting health changes. Attend trainings and follow policies to maintain resident safety and independence.

Provide direct care to assisted living residents: assist with ADLs, prepare and serve meals, perform light housekeeping, set up and administer medications after training, document resident status, report changes, and participate in activities and trainings to maintain resident independence and safety.

Provide direct care to assisted living residents: assist with ADLs, medication setup/administration after training, update records, monitor/report health changes, maintain clean/safe environment, prepare/serve meals, support activities, attend required trainings, and comply with background checks and state regulations.

Provide hands-on care in assisted living: assist with ADLs, medication setup/administration after training, update records, observe/report health changes, maintain cleanliness, prepare/serve meals, engage residents in activities, attend trainings, and follow facility policies.
