Assist the Operations Manager overseeing operations personnel, safety/DOT and environmental compliance, facility and equipment maintenance, dispatch and inventory control for lubricant and fuel products. Support sales, handle operational tasks, and enforce quality and safety programs.

Process daily invoices, match bills of lading to shipments, research and resolve discrepancies, assist month-end closing and inventory counts, communicate with locations, and use system reports for reconciliation and tax reporting.
