Manage full-cycle recruitment for operational, technical, and professional roles: source candidates, screen and interview, coordinate offers and pre-employment checks, partner with hiring managers, maintain ATS records, ensure compliance (DOT/FMCSA, I-9/E-Verify), support employer branding and recruiting analytics, and participate in outreach and hiring events.

Provide administrative, inventory, and customer/support functions for the Equipment department. Maintain equipment records, coordinate inventory, repairs, and documentation, support sales and billing paperwork, and communicate equipment status to internal teams and customers. Assist with scheduling, tracking open items, and resolving equipment-related discrepancies.

Manage and optimize inventory of lubricants, DEF, antifreeze, equipment and related items across locations. Create and process purchase orders, coordinate vendor orders and inter-branch transfers, set and maintain reorder points, resolve vendor issues, update vendor pricing, conduct freight spot checks, train staff on inventory controls, support buyback reconciliation, and recommend warehouse efficiency improvements.
