Manage full-cycle recruitment for operational, technical, and professional roles: source candidates, screen and interview, coordinate offers and pre-employment checks, partner with hiring managers, maintain ATS records, ensure compliance (DOT/FMCSA, I-9/E-Verify), support employer branding and recruiting analytics, and participate in outreach and hiring events.

Supervise operations personnel and support the Operations Manager across scheduling, training, safety, DOT compliance, dispatch, facility and equipment maintenance, inventory control, environmental compliance, and quality control for fuel and lubricant products. Coordinate repairs, deliveries, stock management, driver check rides, and customer-demand activities while supporting sales and maintaining regulatory compliance.

Sell fuel, lubricants, DEF, cardlock fuels, and petroleum equipment to B2B customers. Identify new business, maintain customer relationships, provide product expertise, perform territory sales reporting, complete operational tasks (deliveries, installations, inventory), and collaborate with internal teams.
