Assist the Operations Manager overseeing operations personnel, safety/DOT and environmental compliance, facility and equipment maintenance, dispatch and inventory control for lubricant and fuel products. Support sales, handle operational tasks, and enforce quality and safety programs.

Manage and optimize inventory of lubricants, DEF, antifreeze, equipment, and related items across multiple locations. Create and process purchase orders, coordinate vendor orders and inter-branch transfers, set reorder points, handle excess/obsolete inventory, update vendor pricing, and resolve vendor issues. Support warehouse efficiency improvements, train staff on inventory controls, and assist with buyback reconciliation and other procurement-related tasks.

Lead and coach outside sales representatives to grow revenue and profitability across fuels, lubricants, cardlock, DEF, chemicals, and equipment. Monitor KPIs and pipelines, develop sales strategies and campaigns, cultivate customer relationships, coordinate cross-functionally, host customer events, and oversee field sales activities and safety in varied work environments.
