Support daily box office operations and event ticketing using Ticketmaster systems. Communicate with promoters, artists, and internal teams; manage manifests, holds, will call, reporting, advertising coordination, and post-show settlements while providing customer service and adhering to SGC policies and security guidelines.

Lead Finance, Purchasing and Warehouse functions; develop strategy, budgets and controls; oversee financial reporting, compliance, investor relations, capital raising, M&A, and liquidity. Mentor management, prepare board materials, and ensure regulatory and internal control adherence for a 24/7 casino/hotel operation.

Design, deliver, and evaluate employee training and orientation programs, develop leadership and supervisory curricula, coordinate mandatory/legal/e-learning trainings, maintain LMS and HRIS training records, generate tracking reports, assist managers with training delivery, and support day-to-day Training Unit operations in a casino environment.
