Provides welcoming customer service at a climbing gym, assists with check-in, memberships, product sales, inquiries, orientations, climbing courses, belay testing, and group events. Supports children and adults, manages climbing-related risks, coordinates with other departments, completes operational checklists, and helps meet sales goals. Level 2 specialists independently lead parties and administer lead-climbing and belay checks. Weekend availability, climbing experience, and physical ability are required.

Provides engaging climbing experiences for guests of all ages, leads parties, explains gym products and offerings, instructs participants on climbing equipment and safety, manages risk, conducts orientations, and assists the front desk. The role requires strong customer service, climbing knowledge, comfort working with children, coaching ability, and availability for at least two shifts weekly, including one weekend day, from June 15 through August 23.

Leads Sender One’s company-wide Programs Department across all gym locations, overseeing youth and adult climbing instruction, yoga, fitness, coaching staff, curriculum, safety compliance, competitions, budgets, enrollment, profitability, and member experience. Develops leaders, standardizes program quality, tracks KPIs, forecasts performance, supports marketing and gym expansion, and ensures consistent execution across locations. The role requires regular gym presence, weekend availability, and attendance at youth competitions.
