Manage and develop youth and instruction teams, create curriculum with Head Coaches, oversee staff scheduling and performance, handle customer feedback, coordinate cross-departmentally, and track KPIs for program participation and NPS.

Manage all gym operations, financial performance, staff development, safety, and community outreach. Lead department managers, execute budgets, oversee hiring/training, attendance, payroll audits, and ensure excellent customer and member experience.

Provide excellent customer service at the climbing gym: check guests in/out, lead intro courses, administer top-rope belay tests, work with kids, support sales and events, assist cross-functional teams, manage risks, and perform operational duties. Level 2 also independently leads parties and administers lead climbing/belay checks.
