Leads Sender One’s company-wide Programs Department across all gym locations, overseeing youth and adult climbing instruction, yoga, fitness, coaching staff, curriculum, safety compliance, competitions, budgets, enrollment, profitability, and member experience. Develops leaders, standardizes program quality, tracks KPIs, forecasts performance, supports marketing and gym expansion, and ensures consistent execution across locations. The role requires regular gym presence, weekend availability, and attendance at youth competitions.

Lead and coach the Customer Experience team to deliver outstanding guest service, handle escalated customer issues, support hiring/onboarding, oversee training progress, collaborate on operational objectives, and assist the Customer Experience Manager with administrative duties.

Lead Sender One's HR strategy across multi-site gyms, overseeing talent acquisition, development, employee relations, total rewards, compliance, and HR operations. Partner with executive leadership to design organizational structures, drive culture and engagement, build leadership development programs, and ensure operational excellence while supporting growth.
