The Scientist will conduct experiments on the immunological properties of eRNA, execute in vitro and in vivo studies, and analyze data using high-parameter flow cytometry.

The role involves developing and optimizing bioassays to evaluate biological activities and immune responses, along with experimental execution and data analysis.

Lead and mature Sail's Quality organization and eQMS across GxP operations. Ensure GCP/GMP/GLP compliance, oversight of CMC and clinical programs, partner qualification, inspection readiness, QA/QP batch release, and global post-market quality systems while building a high-performing team and continuous improvement metrics.
