Responsibilities include flow cytometry, cell culture, immunoassays, sample processing, assay qualification, SOP development, data analysis, documentation, and collaboration with immunology, analytics, and computational teams. The role is onsite and lab-based, supporting multiple studies while maintaining biosafety, quality, and regulatory documentation standards.

Conducts hypothesis-driven experiments and high-throughput screens to improve programmable circular RNA designs. Responsibilities include evaluating circularization strategies, measuring RNA purity and function through analytical assays, performing statistical analysis, documenting experiments, authoring SOPs and technical reports, and presenting findings. The role requires strong RNA biology expertise, molecular and biochemical laboratory skills, data analysis capabilities, and independent experimental design. Preferred experience includes NGS library preparation and engineering complex RNA structures.

Conduct experiments to optimize circular RNA purification and circularization, assess impurities and immune reactivity, produce eRNA libraries, and evaluate protein expression in cells. Design controlled experiments, analyze data statistically, document work in electronic lab notebooks, and present findings to platform teams. The role requires managing multiple priorities, maintaining accurate records, and collaborating effectively on programmable RNA platform development.

The Senior Scientist I will analyze complex preclinical data to enhance CAR-T therapies, integrating quantitative insights, developing workflows, and collaborating with experimental teams.

Design and execute in vitro and in vivo immunology experiments including immune cell isolation, functional assays, tissue processing, and high-parameter flow cytometry. Maintain records, analyze and present data, contribute to reports and data packages, and stay current with immunology literature to support platform and therapeutic development.

Manage cross-functional biotech programs by developing integrated plans, tracking milestones, coordinating stakeholders and external partners, mitigating risks, and preparing executive updates and dashboards to ensure timely delivery and alignment across research, development, and operations.
