Lead analytical method development, optimization, qualification, validation, and transfer for RNA drug substances, lipid nanoparticle products, intermediates, and raw materials. Design product characterization studies, investigate impurities and analytical issues, interpret complex data, author technical documentation, implement analytical technologies, and collaborate with process development, manufacturing, and platform teams. The role also provides technical mentorship and drives analytical deliverables supporting preclinical and clinical programs.

Develops, optimizes, and executes preclinical and translational bioassays for programmable medicine candidates. Responsibilities include flow cytometry, cell culture, immunoassays, sample processing, assay qualification, SOP development, data analysis, documentation, and collaboration with immunology, analytics, and computational teams. The role is onsite and lab-based, supporting multiple studies while maintaining biosafety, quality, and regulatory documentation standards.

Conducts hypothesis-driven experiments and high-throughput screens to improve programmable circular RNA designs. Responsibilities include evaluating circularization strategies, measuring RNA purity and function through analytical assays, performing statistical analysis, documenting experiments, authoring SOPs and technical reports, and presenting findings. The role requires strong RNA biology expertise, molecular and biochemical laboratory skills, data analysis capabilities, and independent experimental design. Preferred experience includes NGS library preparation and engineering complex RNA structures.
