Drive North American enterprise market entry for an industrial communication solution by building sales pipelines, recruiting and managing channel partners, prospecting B2B customers, closing pilot projects, and managing the full sales cycle. Provides Tier 1 technical support for Sena products through phone, email, and chat. Diagnoses and resolves software, system, networking, installation, and hardware issues; documents customer interactions; escalates complex problems; tests updates and features; collaborates with IT and software teams; and guides customers toward effective product use.

Write product marketing copy, technical documentation, user guides, FAQs, press releases, media kits, and company announcements. Translate complex communication technologies into clear, compelling messaging while maintaining brand consistency across B2C and B2B materials. Collaborate with product, engineering, design, and digital marketing teams, manage multiple deadlines, and communicate with global stakeholders. Korean and English bilingual fluency is required.

Oversee office and warehouse administration, facilities, vendors, supplies, records, HR support, onboarding, safety coordination, and employee communications. Provide basic on-site IT support, manage equipment inventory, coordinate technical vendors, and support facility and workplace projects. The role requires strong organization, confidentiality, communication, bilingual Korean and English capability, and travel between Irving and Grand Prairie locations.

Supports daily accounts receivable and accounts payable operations, including refunds, chargebacks, credit memos, check deposits, invoice entry, expense audits, and tax certificate maintenance. Assists with month-end close, account reconciliations, financial documentation requests, and cross-functional accounting projects. The role requires accuracy, organization, analytical ability, dependability, and a bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field.

Supports the sales team through administrative coordination, customer account maintenance, order processing, and order-related issue resolution. Communicates with customers, retailers, distributors, and internal departments; maintains ERP/CRM records; assists with account setup, pricing updates, sales documentation, reporting, and policy compliance. The role also monitors shared communications, identifies workflow improvements, and provides general sales organization support.

Develops and executes organic social media strategies for SENA’s motorcycle business. Responsibilities include planning, filming, editing, and publishing content across social platforms; engaging motorcycle communities; analyzing performance; supporting product launches and influencer initiatives; and creating on-location content at trade shows, races, rallies, and consumer events. The role is fully on-site in Irving, Texas, requires active motorcycle riding, and involves travel of up to approximately 50%.

Serve as the technical expert for SENA’s enterprise communication solution by supporting sales meetings, customer demonstrations, proof-of-concept installations, partner training, deployment troubleshooting, and field validation. Gather customer and partner feedback for R&D and product roadmap improvements. The role requires hands-on wireless or electronic equipment experience, customer-facing communication skills, and travel up to 50%, initially focused on the DFW region.

Supports daily logistics and warehouse operations while serving as the primary liaison with a third-party logistics provider. Coordinates order fulfillment, shipment processing, scheduling, inventory tracking, and cross-functional communications. Maintains supply chain workflows and documentation, resolves operational issues, and uses ERP data for reporting and performance management. The role also contributes to process improvement initiatives and supports internal and external stakeholders.
