Lead test architecture and NPI test development for mixed-signal and RF high-speed communication ICs. Define test strategies, drive DFT and testability, develop advanced methodologies for >200Gbps devices, support cross-functional NPI readiness, transfer solutions to high-volume production, reduce test cost/time, mentor engineers, and maintain test documentation and partner relationships.

Develop and optimize embedded firmware for low-power mixed-signal circuits, including testing, debugging, and collaboration with hardware teams.

This role involves design, simulation, optimization, and testing of analog blocks and systems while collaborating with cross-functional teams and supporting production.
