Design, develop, verify, and characterize analog and mixed-signal circuits for high-speed data communications products. Work with PLLs, equalizers, optical and cable receivers and drivers using BiCMOS and CMOS technologies. Use advanced CAD tools for circuit design, layout, simulation, and verification, while developing scripting automation with Python, SKILL, and Tcl. Collaborate with senior designers in a mentored 12–16 month internship.

12–16-month Analog IC Design internship developing, verifying, and characterizing analog and mixed-signal circuits for high-speed data communications products. Responsibilities include working with PLLs, equalizers, optical and cable receivers and drivers; using BiCMOS and CMOS technologies; applying CAD tools for circuit design, layout, simulation, and verification; and automating IC design validation with Python, Skill, and Tcl. The intern will receive mentorship from senior designers.

Firmware Design Intern supporting firmware development, verification, characterization, testing, and documentation for data communications and video products. Responsibilities include analyzing requirements, designing firmware structures and modules, developing embedded software in C, C++, and assembly, creating test automation, troubleshooting, and ensuring interoperability between firmware and hardware. The role is a 12–16-month student internship in Ottawa with mentorship from senior designers.
