Lead product quality for FiberEdge optical transceivers: manage customer escalations and RMAs, drive NCMR and corrective actions, run continuous improvement projects (Six Sigma/Lean), and embed quality into new product introductions through FMEA, control plans, and cross-functional collaboration.

Lead test architecture and NPI test development for mixed-signal and RF high-speed communication ICs. Define test strategies, drive DFT and testability, develop advanced methodologies for >200Gbps devices, support cross-functional NPI readiness, transfer solutions to high-volume production, reduce test cost/time, mentor engineers, and maintain test documentation and partner relationships.
