Lead end-to-end supply planning and order fulfillment across Asia, translating demand into production and material plans. Manage a supply planning team, ensure on-time delivery and inventory targets, partner with cross-functional teams, support NPI and dual sourcing, and drive process/system automation improvements to meet revenue goals.

Manage material plans for assigned product lines, coordinate procurement and suppliers, optimize inventory, support NPI and S&OP, analyze procurement data and KPI reporting, and resolve supply issues within a semiconductor manufacturing environment.

Develop, optimize, and support PECVD deposition and dry/wet etch processes for InP/III-V photonic devices. Own PECVD and ICP-RIE/RIE tools, drive uniformity and yield improvements, lead failure analysis and root-cause investigations, support NPI and tool transfers, and maintain process documentation, SPC metrics, and manufacturing stability.
