Supports new product introduction for high-performance optical and analog/mixed-signal semiconductor ICs. Under senior engineering guidance, the intern assists with NPI processes, product characterization, wafer-level and bench testing, ATE and laboratory data collection, test coverage and limit optimization, yield and quality improvement, and product transfer activities. The role also involves analyzing process, voltage, temperature, and device-performance relationships and preparing technical reports and presentations.

Test Engineering Intern supporting laboratory test engineering, product verification, manufacturing ATE testing, test equipment automation, data analysis, workflow tools, hardware and fixture solutions, and PCB schematic and layout development. The role participates in new product introduction activities and uses Python, C++, and Java to automate testing.

Quality Engineering Intern supporting customer return testing, failure investigations, root cause analysis, product quality improvements, and semiconductor failure analysis platform development. The role involves laboratory and automated equipment testing, data analysis, supplier coordination, process improvement, and engineering support for defect reduction. This is a full-time, on-site 16-month internship in Burlington, Ontario, for a third- or fourth-year engineering student.
