Manage the Quality Management System across multiple global sites and ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001. Plan and conduct internal audits, document findings, manage CAPA and corrective actions, oversee calibration, and support PCN, EOL, waiver, customer notification, and continuous improvement processes. Communicate audit results to management and collaborate across functions to resolve nonconformances and strengthen quality performance.

Own strategic account growth and design-win pursuits across direct customers and rep-covered territories. Develop account plans, build executive relationships, manage complex negotiations, maintain pipeline and forecasts, and coordinate technical evaluations with field applications engineers. Manage and coach rep firms, conduct business reviews, optimize territory coverage, track performance, and drive revenue attainment. The role requires technical fluency in semiconductor or high-speed data center interconnect products and collaboration across engineering, supply chain, marketing, and leadership.

Provides accounting operations, financial reporting, cost analysis, and audit support for semiconductor manufacturing. Responsibilities include reconciliations, month-end close, financial statements, standard-cost updates, manufacturing variance analysis, product and portfolio costing, yield and process cost modeling, and margin analysis. The role supports capacity planning, investment decisions, compliance, cross-functional initiatives, process improvement, and adoption of cost accounting tools. It requires collaboration with accounting, operations, engineering, and supply chain teams.
