Senior policy strategist who shapes multi‑year federal advocacy and regulatory strategies, leads high‑stakes engagements with agencies and legislators, crafts authoritative policy documents, advises executives on regulatory negotiation and risk, builds coalitions and stakeholder relationships, ensures enterprise policy alignment, and mitigates legal and regulatory risk across the organization.

Lead corporate treasury and corporate finance: develop capital-structure and funding recommendations, manage banks/rating agencies/JV investors, design interest and FX hedging, oversee financial risk and treasury register, review and present analyses to executives/board, ensure regulatory compliance, drive tech-enabled reporting, and develop the corporate finance team.

Lead compensation strategy and program design across base, incentives, and equity. Use market benchmarking and analytics to ensure competitiveness and equity, advise senior leaders, govern job architecture, manage pay processes and compliance (FLSA, 409A, ERISA), oversee total rewards budgeting, and drive change management and continuous improvement.
