Leads energy policy and planning teams, regulatory compliance programs, filings, market and tariff analysis, and agency relationships. Oversees ARB/CARB emissions compliance, FERC/NERC-related requirements, risk mitigation, corrective actions, audit trails, and reporting. Partners with development, asset management, origination, legal, and senior leadership to translate regulatory changes into operational strategies and ensure compliance across energy projects.

Manages major construction projects from planning through execution, ensuring compliance with codes, specifications, budgets, schedules, and organizational objectives. Responsibilities include leading project teams, coordinating stakeholders, managing contracts, identifying capability gaps, overseeing schedules and cost estimates, and controlling scope, materials, supplier quotes, and financial accountability.

Performs complex paralegal work across corporate governance, entity filings, litigation, legal research, transaction support, and corporate records management. Independently prepares legal documents, conducts fact gathering, supports attorneys in hearings, advises business partners, manages legal budgets, reviews outside counsel invoices, and leads legal information-management projects. Requires advanced legal knowledge, strong research and documentation skills, and the ability to manage complex assignments without direct supervision.
