Lead product strategy and execution for an AgTech SaaS platform, driving grower workflows, data integration, analytics, IoT partnerships, and commercialization. Own roadmap, write requirements, collaborate with engineering/data science, and measure adoption, revenue retention, and platform usage.

Execute channel sales and partnership strategy to drive revenue via partner identification, pipeline management, commercial negotiations, partner enablement, and cross-functional collaboration. Manage partner relationships, develop business plans, track partner-sourced revenue, and share market insights to expand market reach.

Provide onboarding, ongoing support, and renewals for assigned growers and territories. Maintain CRM, coordinate with Territory Managers and internal teams, run pre- and post-sales tasks, document feedback, attend events, and drive customer adoption of Semios tools both virtually and in person.

Lead infrastructure projects and mentor SREs while ensuring production scalability, reliability, and performance. Drive automation, observability, SLIs/SLOs, incident management/on-call, and platform improvements across cloud-based SaaS environments.
