Own and scale the operating backbone for Semble’s product organization. Establish product cadences, track OKRs, centralize feedback, build dashboards, manage release operations, identify process bottlenecks, and deploy AI-powered workflows and automations. Partner with Product, Engineering, Design, Data Analytics, Applied AI, and go-to-market teams to improve decision-making, operational efficiency, compliance, and product delivery.

Build and evolve Semble’s internal engineering platform, cloud infrastructure, developer tooling, and self-service golden paths. Operate AWS, Kubernetes, MongoDB Cloud, Terraform, and GitOps-based CI/CD systems while improving reliability, security, observability, cost efficiency, and developer productivity. Mentor engineers, establish platform standards and SLOs, create documentation and enablement programs, and influence technical direction across teams.

Lead the evolution of Semble’s engineering platform by improving developer productivity, self-service tooling, cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, observability, reliability, and security. Operate AWS, EKS, MongoDB Cloud, Terraform, and GitOps-based deployment systems; establish platform standards, SLAs, and cost efficiencies; mentor engineers; document practices; and partner across teams to reduce development friction and improve production operations.

Own financial operations and reporting across UK and French entities. Lead month-end close, treasury, statutory accounts, audits, tax compliance, internal controls, AR/AP, billing, deferred revenue, and finance-process automation. Manage one direct report and collaborate with the CFO and FP&A team. The role also supports ESOP administration, company secretarial duties, investor reporting, and scalable AI-enabled finance workflows.

Own end-to-end healthcare ecosystem integrations, from partner discovery and technical design through implementation, rollout, and production reliability. Build across a TypeScript monorepo using React, Node.js, GraphQL, and MongoDB; develop resilient API, webhook, HL7, SFTP, and automation integrations. Drive architecture, testing, observability, incident response, CI/CD, security, and multi-tenant reliability. Mentor engineers, influence technical standards, and coordinate with Product, Business, and external partners.

Lead and scale Semble’s B2B SaaS Support function across Europe. Responsibilities include managing support associates and engineers, hiring and coaching staff, owning service metrics, designing tiering and escalation processes, managing support tools and AI adoption, handling complex healthcare-related escalations, and partnering with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to improve the product and customer experience.

Build, test, optimize, and maintain ELT pipelines supporting analytics, reporting, and data products. Deploy config-driven workflows to Databricks across a multi-tenant environment, extend data models, support CI/CD and ingestion projects, monitor pipeline health, troubleshoot failures, and collaborate with data and product teams to deliver reliable, well-tested data.
