Own full sales cycle for mid-market B2B SaaS accounts (£16k–80k ACV). Build and manage a self-sourced and inbound pipeline, qualify opportunities, run multi-stakeholder deals, produce business cases, forecast accurately, and close to hit new ARR targets. Regular UK customer visits and hybrid London office attendance required.

Support customer onboarding and data migrations for a SaaS clinical system. Coordinate migrations (majority focus), manage migration inbox, configure templates, liaise with vendors, run French/English client meetings, maintain documentation and migration plans in HubSpot and Jira.

Own a mid-market portfolio (£16k-£60k+ ARR), covering full lifecycle from onboarding to renewal. Protect and grow NRR through adoption, expansion, and stakeholder management across complex, multi-site healthcare accounts, coordinating across Sales, Product, Support and Marketing while using AI to drive insight and efficiency.
