Protect and grow NRR through adoption, expansion, and stakeholder management across complex, multi-site healthcare accounts, coordinating across Sales, Product, Support and Marketing while using AI to drive insight and efficiency.

Build, test, optimize, and maintain ELT pipelines supporting analytics, reporting, and data products. Deploy config-driven workflows to Databricks across a multi-tenant environment, extend data models, support CI/CD and ingestion projects, monitor pipeline health, troubleshoot failures, and collaborate with data and product teams to deliver reliable, well-tested data.

Lead end-to-end customer-facing SaaS implementations, managing scope, schedules, budgets, risks, governance, stakeholders, UAT, go-live, handover, and hypercare. Coordinate cross-functional internal teams, managed service providers, and outsourced developers while maintaining project documentation, reporting, KPIs, and continuous process improvements. Serve as the primary customer contact and ensure timely, on-budget, on-scope delivery in a healthcare SaaS environment.
