Lead and build an Engineering Platforms org to enable eight product teams: define platform strategy, transition to platform engineering, build data and AI infrastructure, govern cloud and infra, partner with brand engineering leads, and communicate platform outcomes to executive leadership.

Own partner onboarding and activation from agreement through first business impact. Build partner relationships, drive training and certification milestones, support partner-led opportunities and marketing initiatives, monitor engagement, and re-engage inactive partners. Track activation, pipeline, revenue, and other performance metrics in HubSpot and Salesforce while creating dashboards, reports, and process improvements. Collaborate across Partnerships, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams to grow successful SaaS partnerships.

Own product areas end-to-end for Testmo: define strategy, discover customer problems, write clear requirements, lead Scrum delivery, collaborate with engineering/design/GT M, launch and measure outcomes, and explore AI-driven testing features.

Manage and optimize the Salesforce environment (primarily Sales Cloud), supporting sales, marketing and customer operations through configuration, reporting, data governance, integrations, user support, and process improvement. Drive system enhancements, testing, training, and Agile delivery; provide support for adjacent SaaS tools (primarily HubSpot) and expand platform ownership over time.

Provide L2 technical support for TestRail customers via email, phone, and screen sharing. Troubleshoot, assist with installation/updates for enterprise customers, guide evaluations, liaise with Product/Dev on bugs and features, and support L1 investigations.

Build and operate an AWS-native data lake and AI gateway. Implement and maintain lakehouse architecture (Iceberg) using Glue, Athena, and S3; manage infrastructure as code (Terraform); run reliable data pipelines; operate LLM gateway/Bedrock; enforce security, IAM, networking, and secrets controls; partner with IT and Security.

Lead and scale Sembi's global marketing organization across demand generation, product marketing, content, partner marketing, events, digital, and communications. Drive launch and positioning of Sembi IQ, establish category and platform leadership, own market segmentation, messaging, competitive analysis, pricing input, and multi-channel pipeline growth. Build measurable revenue frameworks, ABM and enterprise GTM strategies, and scalable operating processes to accelerate ARR and cross-sell across the portfolio.

Execute in-product engagement and digital community programs using Pendo and community platforms. Build automated customer journeys, create self-service content, segment users, track and optimize engagement metrics, and partner with CSMs, Product, Marketing, and Support to drive adoption, retention, and expansion.
