Provides administrative and operational support for the HICAP volunteer program, including recordkeeping, data entry, reporting, scheduling, appointment coordination, communications, client assistance, meeting logistics, outreach, surveys, and office upkeep. The role responds to volunteers and clients, maintains contact databases and mailing lists, supports program compliance, and participates in community events and training. Bilingual communication and familiarity with Medicare or government programs are beneficial.

Provides administrative support for a home care and hospice department, including office management, data entry, supply and inventory coordination, personnel documentation, intake support, meeting minutes, clinician assistance, outreach scheduling, and regulatory compliance. The role supports patient census management, referral relationships, billing and clerical systems, and occasional community outreach activities.

The Manager of Provider Relations oversees marketing operations, manages the marketing team, negotiates contracts, maintains relationships with referral sources, and develops marketing strategies to meet budget goals.
