Manage a multi-client accounts receivable ledger, issue statements, collect overdue payments, and maintain accurate records. Build relationships with client accounts-payable teams, attend client meetings, resolve billing queries with stakeholders, monitor payment remittances, and identify recurring issues. The role requires strong Excel skills, including pivot tables, formulas, and lookups, experience managing high-value ledgers, excellent organization and communication, and the ability to prioritize competing demands.

Lead AP, AR, Billing and Collections teams to drive process improvement, automation (OCR/workflow), strong financial controls, cash collection, KPI reporting and support ERP implementation to ensure smooth BAU transition.

Provide professional client-facing hospitality support in corporate conferencing centres: restock and clean self-serve coffee machines, prepare and clear meeting rooms, greet guests, run food/beverages, follow opening/closing and safety/allergen procedures, and report faults.

Support billing manager with daily and monthly invoicing, compile consolidated backup packs for large customers, manage client queries within SLAs, approve credit notes, record KPI data, drive process improvements and automation, and support end-to-end finance transaction processing to meet monthly cut-off deadlines.

Manage end-to-end administrative workload for client service: log and monitor tickets in Televend, update client portals, coordinate with operations to meet service deadlines, handle invoicing and PO processes for chargeable works, upload PPM compliance documents, and ensure pricing and credit notes alignment. Role includes some weekend working on a published schedule.

As a Hospitality Assistant, you will maintain cleanliness, restock beverages, greet guests, and set up meeting rooms in a corporate environment.

As a Regional Account Manager, manage key accounts by creating account plans, ensuring client retention, and driving new business growth through networking and sales targets.
