Leads commercial performance improvement through customer profitability, pricing governance, cost-to-serve analysis, revenue and margin reporting, and business-case development. Identifies and prioritizes growth and margin opportunities, supports benefit tracking with Finance, presents recommendations to senior stakeholders, and leads a Commercial Analyst. Partners across Commercial, Operations, and Finance to improve pricing compliance, contract performance, and customer profitability.

Supports sales channels through client communication, site escalations, reporting, administrative tasks, project work, credits, invoicing, installations, surveys, and debt resolution. The role helps sales teams retain clients, win new business, and grow existing accounts while coordinating internal and external stakeholders and identifying commercial opportunities.

Own UK financial reporting, including month-end close, revenue and margin reporting, balance sheet reconciliations, group Cognos submissions, controls, audit support, and statutory accounts. The role also supports budgeting, cash forecasting, ERP migration, automation, and process improvement. It requires a qualified accountant with strong technical accounting, reporting, controls, audit, Excel, and systems experience.
