Lead AP, AR, Billing and Collections teams to drive process improvement, automation (OCR/workflow), strong financial controls, cash collection, KPI reporting and support ERP implementation to ensure smooth BAU transition.

Process daily and monthly invoicing, compile consolidated backups for large customers, manage client billing queries within SLAs, approve credit notes, record KPI data, drive process improvements and support the Billing Manager on transformation and integration initiatives.

Provide professional client-facing hospitality support in corporate conferencing centres: restock and clean self-serve coffee machines, prepare and clear meeting rooms, greet guests, run food/beverages, follow opening/closing and safety/allergen procedures, and report faults.
