The Business Development Manager identifies and pursues new business opportunities, builds relationships with decision-makers, develops proposals, negotiates agreements, and meets revenue targets. The role manages prospecting, pipeline tracking, market intelligence, trade show participation, and new-account handoffs to Account Managers. It requires collaboration with leadership and adherence to manufacturing and facility safety protocols. The position may be onsite, hybrid, or fully remote, with regular travel exceeding 40%.

Manage planning, development, support, and enhancement of business applications and ERP. Lead and coach applications/development team, oversee integrations, reporting, data governance, vendor relationships, and SDLC from requirements through deployment and operations.

Supports supply chain operations across procurement, logistics, inventory management, production planning, reporting, and process improvement. The intern analyzes data, monitors inventory, assists with supplier communications and purchase orders, coordinates shipments, tracks deliveries, prepares performance reports, and collaborates with production, quality assurance, and sales. The role also supports projects, follows Good Manufacturing Practices and safety protocols, and gains exposure to end-to-end supply chain processes in food manufacturing.

Coordinates milk transportation logistics between producers, customers, and haulers. Maintains production, pickup, receiving, inventory, and shipment records; submits schedules and reports; reconciles missing information; resolves transportation issues; and supports supply distribution. The role requires customer and supplier communication, accurate data management, Excel proficiency, reporting, problem-solving, rotating weekend work, and on-call availability.

Provide technical support, configure and maintain PLCs, HMIs, VFDs and SCADA systems; implement control projects; optimize alarms and operator interfaces; train users; maintain servers, networks, and interfaces; repair instruments; act as maintenance lead when needed.

Supports accounting operations during peak periods and special projects in manufacturing. Responsibilities include processing and coding vendor invoices, matching purchase orders and receiving records, reconciling credit card statements, preparing journal entries and accruals, assisting with financial statements, maintaining internal controls, and collaborating with operations and production teams on reporting.
