Teams at Select Milk Producers, Inc.

Manage planning, development, support, and enhancement of business applications and ERP. Lead and coach applications/development team, oversee integrations, reporting, data governance, vendor relationships, and SDLC from requirements through deployment and operations.

Support production supervision and operate packaging equipment on the bulk production line. Train and cross-train operators, perform sanitation/CIP and titrations, sample product, complete CCP and inspection paperwork, palletize and seal product, and operate forklift/boxing machinery as qualified. Serve as line leader during absences and promote safety and continuous improvement.

Perform production-line tasks to produce powdered dairy and nutrition products: operate packaging and filling equipment, dump and weigh batches, maintain sanitation and documentation, follow food safety and GMP, palletize and stack product, train new workers, and support safety and quality procedures on assigned shift.
