Own and grow Seesaw’s Australian territory by acquiring new school customers and expanding strategic opportunities. Manage the full B2B sales cycle from prospecting through contract close, build relationships with education leaders, maintain pipeline and forecasts, and collaborate with marketing, customer success, and implementation teams. The role requires consultative selling, product demonstrations, commercial negotiation, territory management, and extensive travel to education conferences and stakeholder meetings across Australia.

Develop and operate highly scalable backend systems and AWS infrastructure. Responsibilities include maintaining Python HTTP services, working with DynamoDB, Elasticsearch, and Redis, provisioning cloud resources through infrastructure as code, reasoning about distributed systems, and owning software from design through monitoring. The role also focuses on reliability, security, performance, cost optimization, observability, technical roadmaps, and collaboration with engineering and product stakeholders.
