Lead strategy and execution for SeesawFamily Engagement products across US, MENA, and LATAM. Drive data-informed roadmaps, run A/B tests, manage releases with engineers, gather stakeholder and user feedback, and conduct competitive analysis to improve activation, engagement, and retention.

Build end-to-end product features to improve teacher activation, engagement, and monetization. Optimize onboarding and early user experiences, design scalable AI-powered and growth systems, run experiments with product/design/data, iterate using data and user insights, maintain high-quality codebase, and mentor other engineers.

As a Frontend Engineer at Seesaw, you will design and develop Arabic-enabled UI experiences, collaborate with product and design teams, and contribute to the frontend architecture for best practices as Seesaw expands internationally.

Manage post-sales relationships with schools, driving adoption, satisfaction, renewals and expansions. Conduct regular check-ins and onsite visits, monitor usage, run teacher/parent workshops and competitions, coordinate events and end-of-year ceremonies, collaborate with cross-functional teams, collect feedback, and support upsell opportunities across K-12 clients.

Design and ship Family Engagement product experiences by collaborating with PMs, researchers, and engineers. Maintain and evolve the design system, run user and competitive research across US/MENA/LATAM, and use analytics (Amplitude, Snowflake, DataDog) to inform data-driven product decisions. Iterate quickly, prototype with AI-assisted tools, and deliver responsive web and mobile designs that improve educator, student, and family experiences.

Lead and scale Seesaw's Amman engineering hub: recruit and mentor engineers, modernize legacy systems, drive DevOps and continuous deployment, provide architecture oversight across PHP, Python, React and AWS, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver products for millions of users with a required daily US East Coast overlap.
