Own and grow sees.ai’s largest UK enterprise customer while supporting US expansion. Build senior stakeholder relationships, define business cases and success measures, manage governance, renewals, pricing, procurement, and escalations, and identify new opportunities. Partner with Delivery, Operations, Engineering, Commercial, Finance, and Legal to ensure credible customer outcomes. Recruit and lead the Customer Success team as the account expands across energy, utility, and critical infrastructure markets.

Lead ownership of AWS infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, deployment processes, observability, automation, and reliability practices supporting autonomous drone operations. Build tooling for reliable software releases and remote fleet updates, improve traceability and incident response, and set technical standards across software, integration, robotics, and operations teams.

Build and own full-stack features for a cloud platform supporting autonomous drone operations. Responsibilities include developing React and FastAPI applications, APIs, data pipelines, storage systems, mission-planning interfaces, operational views, and data review workflows. The role requires scaling systems handling imagery, telemetry, and flight records, while improving testing, observability, CI/CD, architecture, and engineering practices. Collaboration spans flight operations, autonomy, inspection, asset, and customer teams.

Own and grow strategic European enterprise customer relationships, beginning with a French electricity transmission operator transitioning from trials to operational rollout. Define customer business cases, outcomes, governance, value measures, renewals, pricing, and expansion opportunities. Coordinate with delivery, operations, engineering, commercial, finance, and legal teams while managing senior escalations. Build and lead the European Customer Success function as the customer base expands.

Develop and maintain production C++ software for unmanned systems, including flight and mission control, autonomy, pilot interfaces, connectivity, simulation, and testing. Debug real-world system behavior, improve reliability, support integration and deployment, write documentation and tests, and contribute to platform architecture. The role requires strong modern C++, Linux experience, and understanding of software design and complex systems, with robotics or autonomous-systems exposure preferred.
