Build talent pipelines, partner with hiring managers, manage offers and compliance, implement recruiting processes, track metrics, and scale the in-house TA function across North America and Europe.

Lead manual QA for UI and API surfaces, design and execute test plans in TestRail, use Claude AI and MCP for test generation and analysis, own regression and release validation, perform advanced API testing with Postman, triage defects in JIRA, mentor junior QA engineers, and improve SDLC testability and processes.

Lead Seekr's federal channel and strategic partnerships to build a partner ecosystem driving partner-led pipeline, accelerate bidding on large federal captures, recruit and enable partners, and align partner strategy with federal AI, cybersecurity, and modernization priorities across DoD, IC, DHS, and Civilian agencies.
