Provide day-to-day commercial legal support for a fast-growing AI-driven SaaS company: draft, negotiate, and review customer, vendor, and partner agreements; set risk parameters; build AI-enabled contract workflows and playbooks; support CLM selection and legal operations; partner with Sales, Finance, and Product; and manage outside counsel to enable deal velocity while protecting IP, data privacy, and commercial interests.

Lead product marketing for the SeekOut Recruiting Platform: own positioning, market narrative, launches, pricing, enablement, and cross-functional alignment to drive adoption, expansion, and revenue. Build market maps, ROI models, sales enablement, and metrics to establish the product marketing function.

As a Customer Support Specialist, you'll resolve technical issues, manage user access, support integrations, and maintain internal operations smoothly while providing customer support via chat and email.
