Own full-stack features for the IDRE healthcare dispute-resolution platform, from product discussions through production. Build and maintain React/Next.js, TypeScript, Node.js, and SQL functionality involving settlement calculations and case-state tracking. Collaborate closely with a small, senior, remote team across the US and Latin America, contributing to architecture and product decisions.

Own end-to-end business intelligence and reporting, including dimensional data models, tested transformation pipelines, metric definitions, dashboards, payment reconciliation, client-facing reporting, and data governance. Reconcile analytics with source systems, improve data quality, implement access controls for regulated healthcare data, and present findings to executives and enterprise clients. The role requires advanced SQL, warehouse experience, production coding, stakeholder judgment, and clear written and spoken English.

Build and ship backend and server-rendered frontend features using Python, Flask, relational databases, and REST APIs. Partner directly with the client and another senior engineer, own work end-to-end, communicate timelines and risks, participate in scoping, and ramp quickly into an existing codebase and client relationship.
