Teams at SeedTrust Escrow

Provide English and Mandarin client support for surrogacy and egg donation escrow services. Responsibilities include answering calls and emails, opening escrow accounts and cases, confirming deposits, preparing reports and documents, managing shared inbox requests, coordinating handoffs, and escalating missing information or potential errors. The role requires strong organization, accuracy, prioritization, communication, and follow-through in a fully remote environment.

Plans and conducts risk-based financial, operational, and compliance audits from scoping through remediation follow-up. Tests control design and effectiveness, documents workpapers, writes findings, and develops remediation plans. Interviews process owners, contributes to risk assessments and annual audit planning, reviews other auditors’ work, and helps establish internal audit methodology, templates, testing standards, and reporting formats. Partners with Compliance while maintaining audit independence in a remote, regulated environment.

Owns the full government and healthcare contract capture lifecycle, from opportunity identification and qualification through bid strategy, proposal development, pricing, teaming, contract packages, submission, and post-award reviews. Builds VeraTru’s repeatable capture and proposal process, manages pipelines and gate reviews, develops win themes and compliance matrices, coordinates cross-functional teams, and supports federal, state, and private healthcare pursuits.
