Provide first-line customer support to startup founders through live chat, phone, email, and video calls. Resolve platform and legal document questions, guide users through SeedLegals, and escalate issues appropriately. Use HubSpot CRM and AI tools, create support resources, collaborate with engineering, product, sales, marketing, and legal teams, and contribute to projects improving customer experience and team efficiency.

Manage a portfolio of startup customers, build long-term founder relationships, identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities, support renewals, and grow recurring revenue. Responsibilities include CRM management, pipeline prioritization, consultative selling, customer onboarding, QBRs, data analysis, and advising clients on fundraising, options, equity, and R&D products. The role is hybrid, requiring one in-office day per week in London.

Manage a portfolio of over 400 existing startup customers, build long-term relationships, conduct strategy calls and QBRs, identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities, reduce churn, secure renewals, and grow recurring revenue and account lifetime value through consultative selling.
