Manage a portfolio of over 400 existing startup customers, build long-term relationships, conduct strategy calls and QBRs, identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities, reduce churn, secure renewals, and grow recurring revenue and account lifetime value through consultative selling.

Build and deploy a greenfield AI-powered BI assistant over a 3–6 month contract. Own architecture, integrations with Claude, MCP, BigQuery/dbt, Metabase, and GitHub, evaluation against historical business questions, cost and accuracy optimization, and internal pilot deployment. The role requires strong SQL and dbt, hands-on LLM or agent development, Python integration skills, and the ability to independently deliver the project end to end.

Build and maintain high-performance backend APIs and production software. Contribute to architecture decisions, mentor junior developers, conduct quality code reviews, and apply test-driven development and secure coding practices. Collaborate within Scrum teams on social investment, document and workflow management, AI-enhanced products, and legal template generation. Own features throughout the development lifecycle while monitoring web applications and agentic microservices.
