Design and optimize L1VE’s website, user journeys, landing pages, checkout flows, event assets, email campaigns, and paid social/display ads. Create wireframes, prototypes, responsive developer-ready designs, design systems, and A/B test variations using analytics data. Maintain brand consistency within partner guidelines, use AI design tools, and coordinate with marketing, content, product, technology, freelancers, and agencies.

Own L1VE’s social media strategy, channels, community engagement, content calendar, and brand voice. Create platform-native short-form video, manage real-time event content, coordinate freelancers and agencies, and analyze performance metrics to improve future content. The role requires hands-on video production, strong TikTok and Instagram expertise, Reddit community experience, and occasional attendance at international live events.

Lead the development of L1VE’s finance function across Germany and Europe. Own financial planning, budgeting, modeling, forecasting, KPI systems, reporting, governance, and business performance management. Evaluate investments, partnerships, licensing models, and growth opportunities; support financing rounds, investor readiness, due diligence, and strategic transactions. Partner with the CFO, executive team, departments, and external advisors while building scalable finance structures and processes.

Coordinate and standardize international production logistics across countries. Responsibilities include developing logistics software and workflows, establishing shipping and receiving processes, preparing customs documentation and ATA Carnets, advising on hazardous goods handling, creating labeling systems, managing inventory workflows, implementing hardware and software, training users, and supporting production events and project sites. The role requires logistics, customs, hazardous-goods, asset-management, German, and English expertise.
