Lead and modernize a global Customer Success organization for an enterprise cybersecurity software company. Responsibilities include building high-performing teams, implementing AI-enabled customer health processes, driving cross-functional accountability, managing complex enterprise customer journeys, and partnering with Sales on retention, expansion, and customer growth. The role requires strong leadership, account planning, enterprise deal experience, cybersecurity expertise, and a metrics-driven approach.

Lead end-to-end architecture for an internet-scale data platform, including ingestion, streaming and batch processing, lakehouse storage, analytical serving, data quality, observability, lineage, and reproducible ratings pipelines. Define contracts, standards, and technical direction through prototypes and design reviews. Partner with engineering, Product, Data Science, and other architects while mentoring senior engineers and influencing teams without direct authority.

Lead the system architecture for production agentic AI capabilities, including orchestration, state and memory, tool integration, reliability, and guardrails. Write technical design reviews and standards, prototype architectural decisions, and partner with Data Science and engineering teams. Influence technical direction, review architectures, mentor senior engineers, promote AI-assisted development, and communicate trade-offs to executives and customers.

Lead the technical architecture and implementation of scalable GTM systems, Salesforce solutions, integrations, AI-powered workflows, data models, and scoring frameworks. Build advanced Salesforce applications using Apex, Flow, APIs, and custom objects; manage Workato and Zapier integrations; prototype with AI development tools; translate executive goals into technical designs; and mentor GTM engineers and administrators on development, testing, documentation, and deployment best practices.

Leads SecurityScorecard’s commercial growth in Japan, owning new ARR, enterprise sales, pipeline development, forecasting, channel partnerships, and deal execution. Builds relationships with enterprise, financial services, insurance, and public-sector buyers; collaborates with customer success, solutions engineering, marketing, product, and legal; represents Japan market needs; and recruits and manages the local sales team as the business scales.

Sell SecurityScorecard's cybersecurity ratings to net-new enterprise accounts (5,000+ employees or $750M+ revenue). Own a $1.75M net-new ARR quota, drive MEDDPIC-led discovery, navigate complex buying committees and channel-assisted deals, and maintain accurate pipeline and forecasts.

Lead end-to-end product design for complex platform features, contribute to and maintain a reusable design system, run usability testing and analytics-driven iterations, ensure WCAG 2.2 accessibility, and partner closely with Product and Engineering to deliver production-ready, AI-enabled UI solutions.

Own and deliver end-to-end data engineering projects: design, build, test, deploy, and maintain scalable big-data pipelines and APIs. Collaborate with product and global teams, mentor junior engineers, monitor performance, and drive technical roadmap and stability improvements.

Design, build, and scale Kubernetes-based, multi-tenant infrastructure and CI/CD systems. Own AI tooling infrastructure (MCP servers) and secure AI access patterns. Optimize CI/CD, streaming analytics (Kafka, Flink, ClickHouse), observability, and incident response. Implement IaC (Terraform, Helm, Pulumi), GitOps (Argo CD), progressive delivery, automated testing, and mentor engineering teams.
