Lead and develop a UX design team while remaining hands-on with end-to-end product design. Own design operations, Agile ceremonies, design-system governance, accessibility, research integration, stakeholder partnerships, and AI-augmented workflows. Establish processes that improve design velocity, quality, team health, and cross-functional delivery. Coach designers through feedback, career development, and measurable performance outcomes.

Build and operate the systems for an AI-first UX and agent experience organization. Responsibilities include establishing pod-based operating models, driving AI-enabled design workflows, improving design-to-engineering handoff, coordinating agent evaluations and guardrails, defining human-agent collaboration standards, tracking operational metrics, running cross-pod planning, supporting enterprise co-build sessions, and onboarding designers. The role coordinates standards across design, product, engineering, and security without directly managing headcount.

Lead the system architecture for production agentic AI capabilities, including orchestration, state and memory, tool integration, reliability, and guardrails. Write technical design reviews and standards, prototype architectural decisions, and partner with Data Science and engineering teams. Influence technical direction, review architectures, mentor senior engineers, promote AI-assisted development, and communicate trade-offs to executives and customers.
