The SOC Manager leads operational excellence at the SecureOps Security Operations Center, managing analysts and ensuring service delivery for enterprise clients.

Architect and maintain integrations between security tools, develop automation playbooks for incident response, use APIs to connect platforms, collaborate with TVM and SOC teams, and document and optimize integration workflows for reliability and performance.

Act as the client-facing information security representative to assess networks, design enterprise security strategies and controls (including AI risks), present recommendations to senior audiences, oversee technical and administrative controls, maintain documentation, and transfer technical knowledge across teams.

Perform advanced SIEM incident qualification and investigations beyond Level 1 scope, handle incident response and escalations, research and refine SIEM content, report findings to customers, update processes and documentation, and mentor Level 1 analysts.

Senior network security engineer responsible for designing, implementing and supporting network and security solutions. Acts as Level 3 escalation, mentors team members, participates in on-call and service restoration, and collaborates with project management to deliver client-facing architectures and deployments.

Implement, configure, and maintain Microsoft E5/E7 security stack (Defender, Sentinel, Purview). Provide system administration, ensure architectural integrity and high availability, collaborate with SOC and compliance teams, develop documentation, and translate security requirements into technical configurations and automated workflows.
