The role operates within a 24/7 MSSP environment on rotating morning, afternoon, night, and weekend shifts, with training provided.

Perform advanced SIEM incident qualification and investigations beyond Level 1 scope, handle incident response and escalations, research and refine SIEM content, report findings to customers, update processes and documentation, and mentor Level 1 analysts.
