Manage enterprise cybersecurity accounts and direct customer relationships, develop sales strategies, achieve revenue targets, manage pipelines and forecasts, close complex deals, and drive end-to-end customer success. The role requires consultative selling of network, cloud, application, and managed security solutions to senior technology, risk, and compliance leaders.

Configure, manage, and troubleshoot firewalls, routing, switching, VPNs, NAT, and network security infrastructure. Monitor systems, resolve security and connectivity incidents, apply approved configuration changes, and maintain technical documentation. The role requires 1–2 years of network security or network administration experience, firewall expertise, strong TCP/IP knowledge, troubleshooting skills, and effective communication in a support or operations environment.

Serves as the technical lead for cybersecurity sales engagements by gathering client requirements, architecting tailored security solutions, conducting PoCs and demonstrations, and supporting proposals, RFPs, and RFIs. Collaborates with sales and technology partners, translates complex security concepts for technical and business audiences, identifies solution opportunities, and stays current with cybersecurity trends and products. The role also includes team management and customer-site travel as needed.
