Manages, coaches, and develops underwriting leaders and associates, establishes performance expectations, supports succession planning, and partners with sales and business leaders to achieve departmental objectives.

Designs, implements, monitors, and maintains security technologies protecting systems, networks, and data. Responsibilities include incident response, vulnerability remediation, security architecture reviews, secure network design, identity and access management, cloud security, policy documentation, DevOps security integration, tool implementation leadership, and off-hours support. The role also develops automation, evaluates emerging threats and technologies, supports compliance, and educates colleagues on information security practices.
