Reconciles billing transactions, investigates and resolves billing discrepancies, handles premium collections, answers billing inquiries, and updates agency and direct-bill systems. The role analyzes transactional errors, partners with IT on system corrections, communicates financial impacts, and collaborates with underwriting and customer service teams to improve billing accuracy and customer satisfaction.

Supports payroll processing, timekeeping review, discrepancy resolution, record maintenance, audits, reconciliations, HR data entry, employee questions, and departmental projects. The intern protects confidential information, maintains accurate documentation, collaborates with HR colleagues, and gains practical exposure to payroll administration and broader HR operations while working part-time during the school year and potentially full-time during breaks.

Part-time Auto Physical Damage Claims Intern reviewing, writing, and approving vehicle damage estimates; reviewing subrogation photos and estimates; and communicating with repair shops about repairs and supplemental damages. The role provides 18 months of hands-on insurance claims experience while the student is enrolled in an associate or bachelor’s program, with full-time hours possible during summer and academic breaks.
