Develops enterprise-wide QA strategy, governance, standards, automation frameworks, metrics, and environment-management practices. Partners with engineering, product, DevOps, security, vendors, and architects to embed quality throughout the SDLC. Oversees QA environments and test data across development, testing, staging, and production; drives root-cause analysis, continuous improvement, and adoption of emerging testing technologies.

Reconciles billing transactions, investigates and resolves billing discrepancies, handles premium collections, answers billing inquiries, and updates agency and direct-bill systems. The role analyzes transactional errors, partners with IT on system corrections, communicates financial impacts, and collaborates with underwriting and customer service teams to improve billing accuracy and customer satisfaction.

Supports payroll processing, timekeeping review, discrepancy resolution, record maintenance, audits, reconciliations, HR data entry, employee questions, and departmental projects. The intern protects confidential information, maintains accurate documentation, collaborates with HR colleagues, and gains practical exposure to payroll administration and broader HR operations while working part-time during the school year and potentially full-time during breaks.
